Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
- You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including bakso108 support staff.
- Enable two-factor authentication for added protection.
- Report to us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited for all users on the bakso108 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to manipulate the betting system.
- Placing coordinated bets or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting any technical errors or bugs on the platform — any winnings obtained through such means may be voided.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bakso108 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers via licensed financial institutions in Malaysia such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposit: Deposited funds must be verified by the payment provider before being credited to your account. bakso108 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or payment method that has been verified and registered under the same name as the bakso108 account.
- Identity verification: bakso108 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
- Transaction cancellation: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms may be withheld and the account suspended while an investigation is conducted.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Bakso108 is not liable for:
- Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or system outages beyond our control.
- Disputed betting outcomes based on data or information received from third-party providers.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Bakso108 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user violates any of the terms set out in this document.
- There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Registration information is found to be false or inaccurate.
All content on the bakso108 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of bakso108 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
